The programmes allow you to grow using the same health principles that I have lived by for years. As you progress through the programmes, the principles are strengthened and less assistance is needed as you progress.

AK Reclaim : Reset to start

4 weeks of 4 x 30 minute sessions a week – get the initial jump start needed to get started:

  • Let’s make it personal! I will make it my mission to help you through my 30 day program by doing it with you. Invite your friends over and we can all do it together!

This is for you if

  • You have not worked out in a while or have never and want to really hit the ground running
  • You need regular support to stay on track
  • You want to have the benefits of a personal trainer from the comfort of your own home

AK Sustain: Lifestyle start

8 weeks of 3 x 30 minute sessions a week – this program is all about solidifying what you learned in the AK reclaimed and work videos.

  • Take it to the next level and I will stick with you, using all of the experience that I have to cement your achievements.

This is for you if

  • You have been working out but want a programme that works better for you

  • You want regular support and knowledge that can help you reach tangible goals
  • You need something that can give you the results but fit into your schedule

AK Maintain: My Lifestyle

ongoing support 2 x 30 minutes a week until you feel you are strong enough to go at it alone

  • Keep the Lifestyle change and let’s continue to grow together, learn my new routines before anyone else.

  • You have a good base level of fitness that you want to maintain and make fine tune improvements
